Retreats for Women Ready to
Reconnect, Reset, and Restore

Immersive wellness and outdoor experiences for women ready to reconnect, grow, and find their true north.

Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t quite enough space.

You might be functioning, showing up, holding everything together…
but still feeling disconnected from yourself.

Retreats offer something different.
A chance to step out of your daily environment and into a space that’s intentionally designed for reflection, connection, and growth.

A Different Kind of Retreat

These aren’t typical wellness retreats.

Each experience is designed by a licensed therapist and grounded in an understanding of how stress, past experiences, and nervous system patterns shape how we move through the world.

That means you’re not just “getting away.”

You’re engaging in experiences that are intentional, supportive, and actually impactful.

What You Can Expect

  • Small group, intentionally curated experiences

  • Opportunities for reflection, conversation, and connection

  • Outdoor elements (varies by retreat - may include hiking, skill-based outdoor experiences, or nature-based activities)

  • A balance of structure and space to just be

  • A supportive, non-judgmental environment

Hosted Through HER

All retreats are offered through HER (Heal. Embody. Restore.), a space created specifically for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and find their direction.

HER includes both mental wellness retreats and outdoor experiences like archery-based retreats through HER Outdoors.

The Person Behind HER

Hi, I’m Laura.
I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of HER.

I created these retreats because I saw how often women were doing “all the right things” and still feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck.

These experiences are designed to offer something deeper - a space to reconnect with yourself in a way that actually carries back into your real life.

These retreats are designed to offer something different.

Space to breathe.
Space to reconnect with yourself.
Space to feel like you again.

Retreat experiences are not a substitute for therapy and do not establish a therapeutic relationship.
