LAURA

Hi! I’m Laura, your trauma sensitive yoga facilitator! I’m so excited to have you join me over the next 8 weeks. Together we’ll work toward rediscovering safety and connection in the body through education, choice, and movement.

I’m a nationwide Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and a licensed mental health practitioner across the states of South Dakota, Washington, Oklahoma, & Florida.

Course FAQ

  • Absolutely not! Live sessions do typically tend to be digested easier, however, each week the recording will be available for 1 week following the live session.

  • You’ll have access to the course for the duration of the course plus one additional week so you can access the final week’s replay and content.

  • Not at all! That’s the beauty of TCTSY. All movements are invitational and optional. You will always have the choice to engage in movement that is most supportive to you in the moment.
