🎄Holiday Survival Skills 🦃

A one-hour, lighthearted workshop to help you stress less and set better boundaries this holiday season.

Holidays can be wonderful — and overwhelming. Between family expectations, full schedules, and pressure to make everything “perfect,” it’s easy to lose your peace. This fun and relatable workshop helps you keep your sanity intact while still showing up in ways that feel right for you.

You’ll get a mix of practical tools and a few laughs as we talk about managing stress, setting boundaries, and keeping your calm when things get chaotic.

During the hour, we’ll:

  • Identify your biggest holiday stress triggers

  • Learn simple, grounding techniques for in-the-moment calm

  • Explore boundary-setting that actually feels doable

  • Practice saying “no” (or “not this year”) without guilt

  • Leave with strategies to make the season feel more peaceful and authentic

This is an easy-going, supportive space — come as you are, no awkward icebreakers required.

This is one of my favorite workshops! The stress of the holidays can be so overwhelming - even for a seasoned therapist! In my work with clients, I see how often people push themselves to meet expectations and keep everyone happy. This class is my way of helping people slow down, set boundaries, and actually enjoy the season again.
