Course FAQ

  • Nope. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you. You can choose to share or simply listen and take in the information — both are completely valid ways to learn.

  • This workshop is educational, not therapy. While we’ll talk about anxiety and coping strategies, it’s focused on learning and practicing skills, not processing personal experiences in depth.

  • Just yourself! A notebook and pen can be helpful if you like to take notes, but everything else you’ll need will be provided. Comfortable clothing and an open mind are encouraged.

It’s also lunch time, so feel free to bring snacks or your lunch!
